SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Rising Lotus processes and dispatches all orders within 48 hours following verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.
Rising Lotus is not responsible for any delay in the delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. You should contact us if you have not received your package within 20 days of placing your order and we shall try to help locate your package. If your package is being held by local customs authorities, it is your responsibility to contact the local customs office to arrange the clearance of your package. If you are not able to arrange customs clearance, the package will be returned to us and we will deduct any shipping expenses incurred by us to return the package and refund the remaining credit to the original credit card that was used for the purchase.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that the price of your order and the shipping charges do not include customs duties and taxies. If your parcel incurs these customs clearance, these additional charges shall be borne by you. Customs policies vary from country to country and we suggest you to check with your local customs office for further information.
