Can I track the status of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being dispatched from our facility. You are also able to log into your Rising Lotus online account and check order status under "Order History”.

How do I make changes to something in my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist. As our team processes orders right away, we cannot always guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you're unable to cancel an order online once it has been placed. However, you can contact us and we will do our best to attend to your order as soon as possible.

Why was all or part of my order cancelled?

All orders are subject to product availability. On the rare occasion that an item within your order is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, you will be notified via email. Our Customer Support team will adjust your order and issue a full refund for any missing item(s).

How much is shipping?

$15 USD flat rate for all orders
Free worldwide standard shipping on orders over $200 USD
Free shipping for all Hong Kong orders.

When will my order be dispatched?

As soon as you have checked out, we process your order and then our warehouse gets to picking, packing and shipping your order. We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 48 hours. However, during sale periods, dispatch times might be longer on extra busy days.

How long does delivery take?

Hong Kong Delivery

All Hong Kong orders are sent via Hong Kong Smart Post.

Your order will arrive within 2-3 business days from dispatch.

 

International Delivery

All international orders are sent via Hong Kong E-Express.

Your order will arrive within 7-10 business days from dispatch.

Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?

 

Custom and import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out more information about your country's charges before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within Hong Kong.

What is your online return policy?

We offer a refund on any items purchased on www.risinglotus.com – they must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached) and received within 21 days of purchase (i.e. from the date listed on your receipt). Proof of purchase is required for all returns and shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the initial postage costs on all domestic or international orders.

Please note that all bralettes, swimwear, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable.

Rising Lotus monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

**Temporary COVID-19 update - In response to COVID-19, we have extended our return policy so you have 60 days from the ship date to have your items returned to us. We will closely monitor the situation and will review and extend our return policy accordingly. Please process your return as soon as you safely can.

What if my return is late?

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Can I return final sales items?

Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Care before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.

Can I return a gift without the receipt?

We cannot accept returns for a gift without a receipt. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Do you have anywhere I can try things on?

Currently we do not have a physical shop, however we do frequently host pop-up's at various store vendors so please subscribe to your newsletter or follow us on Facebook or Instagram to be the first to know about our upcoming pop-ups and events.

What size should I get?

Deciphering your best size and fit online can be tricky. Which is why we've created a comprehensive size chart to help you decide what size is best for your unique body. Find it here ( link to size guide)

Our sizes range from XS to size L and follow standard US measurements.

What if I'm in between sizes?

Our pieces offer good support and the right amount of stretch to fit your body shape, so if you're in between sizes we suggest customers to opt for the smaller size for a more compressed fit.

Do all styles feel and fit the same?

Different styles may be made using different materials, so not all styles will feel the same. However, we ensure a comfortable fit for all our pieces and if in any case you don't like it, you can return it.  Please visit our Fit Page for more information.

How do I wash my pieces and how often can I wash them?

Don't be afraid to go hard and get extra sweaty in our active wear. They're made to endure- wear after wear, and wash after wash.

Follow these wash and care instructions:

Cold machine wash
Tumble dry on low heat only or hang to dry
Do not soak or bleach
Do not use fabric softener
Do not iron
Do not dry-clean

Do you offer gift cards? How does it work?

You're in luck- we do offer gift cards! Nail it every time with a gift that lets them choose. All gift cards will be issued a unique code to be applied at checkout. Once you apply the code at checkout in the promo code box, the amount will automatically be deducted from your total.

Are Gift Cards refundable?

We are sorry but gift cards are not refundable.

What is recycled polyester?

The recycled polyester is made out of post-consumer recycled plastics, the majority of which are plastic bottles. The polyester is made by breaking down used plastic into small, thin chips, which are then melted and spun into strands of yarn.

Recycling single-use plastics dramatically decreases greenhouse gas emissions
compared to producing non-recycled polyester.

Water usage is also significantly decreased during the manufacturing process. Our brand represents slow fashion and our activewear is built to last.

Our recycled polyester meets the Global Recycled Standard.

What packaging do your products come in?

We use 100% biodegradable mailers and garment bags. Within 2 years, they are guaranteed to biodegrade on their own in the open environment.
